Staff Profile

Dr. Lukman Adedoyin ADEBAYO is a lecturer in the Department of Foreign Languages. He holds PhD in French Language and Linguistics, M.A.,B.A. in French Language from the University of Ilorin and NCE in French and English Languages from the Federal College of Education, Abeokuta. He is a linguist and a researcher in the field of French Applied linguistics with special interest in Phonetics, Phonology, Morphology, Lexicology, Stylistics, Semantics and Translation. He has published many of his research outputs in reputable journals locally and internationally. He is a seasoned French Language Interpreter and a recipient of Federal Government Scholarship in 2002 and French Government Scholarship Awards in 2016. He is a member of University French Teachers’ Association (UFTAN), Fédération Internationale des professeurs de français (FIPF) and Lions Club International.
